Physical Products:

Physical products are dispatched from our offices within 7 working days of purchase. All physical products are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is offered as a complimentary service. Please note that currently Big Book Media are only able to offer a delivery service to addresses in the United Kingdom.  

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next day delivery service offered by Royal Mail.  Big Book Media, nor it's affiliates can take take any responsibility for the service levels provided by Royal Mail. 

Downloadable Products:

Downloadable products are available immediately on receipt of payment.  Please go to the 'Files' section of your account to access your available downloads.

Returns:

If you have purchased a physical product, you may cancel a your purchase at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.  Please see our terms of use section for further details.  If you have any problem with a defective product, or are having problems using your purchase, please contact our customer services department.
