Q: I have an Apple Mac, are the videos compatible with my computer?
A:

Yes, all of our videos are compatible with both Apple Mac, and PC. You can choose which format you want to download in your account settings and when you buy a video. If you buy a DVD you will receive all versions of the videos, so that you can use it on either type of computer.

Q: Can I download the videos more than once?
A:

Yes you can download the videos more than once. If you have tried to download a video several times, we may ask you to contact us to make sure there isn't a problem.

Q: What are the file options that I can choose from?
A:

You can choose from a number of options - 1. Windows Media file (PC) or Quicktime (MAC) 2. high definition (HD) or standard definition (SD) 3. with or without voiceover 4. with or without subtitles.

Q: Can I change my file options after I have chosen them?
A:

Yes you can. You can do this either through your account settings, or by changing your option when you buy your next download.

Q: If I subscribe can I get all of the videos on the site?
A:

Your subscription will allow you to download all of the Lectionary reading films that occur within the duration of your subscription. Special editions and mini-features (such as "The Story of The Nativity" or "The First Christmas") are not included in subcription packages. If you would like to access these or any Lectionary reading films that fall outside of the duration of your subscription then you can purchase these as individual downloads from our products page.

Q: Where are your films shot?
A:

The films are all shot on location in Morocco. We chose Morocco rather than Israel because there are still parts of it that are very much unaffected by modern life. No telephone wires, or neon signs, to get get in the way of your viewing experience. To find out more about the filming of the Gospels you can have look at our blog.

Q: I have an old computer. Will it be able to play the files?
A:

We recommend that your computer should have the following minimum specification in order for you to get the most out of your downloads. Operating System - OSX (Mac) Windows XP or later (PC) 2 Gig of RAM, Intel Core 2 CPU 2.0GHz (or similar).
